The jury stated, The project is very efficient with no wasted space, everything is in the right place with thoughtful adjacencies and fenestrations are strategically located to help enforce the concept.

We feel that the building design will help promote and facilitate the goals and aspirations of the Core Academy. The expansion of the existing Stardust Event Center at the Blue Chip Hotel & Casino more than doubled the current capacity by adding 16,000 square-feet for stage productions, concerts, conventions, trade shows, exhibitions and more.
