Business Details
Our practice was established by Luigi Demasi, a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, who began his professional career in 1996. We have since dedicated ourselves to providing superior architectural services throughout the Westchester, Putnam, and Connecticut areas. Our extensive experience has allowed us to design many unique custom homes and thoughtfully planned subdivisions. We possess a keen sense of modern construction methods, which consistently results in high-quality construction that remains within budget. Our process begins with a thorough review and analysis of the client's program through detailed consultations and site visits.
We take the time to determine our clients' specific needs before establishing a realistic budget for the project. The careful combination of budget parameters and the client's program allows us to determine the best possible design solution. This meticulous approach to architecture naturally leads to a rich portfolio of diverse styles and developments. Our goal has always been to provide quality, creative architecture that enhances our shared environment. We welcome the opportunity to apply our expertise to make our communities a better place to live.

Planning
We review and analyze the client's program through consultations and site visits to determine their specific needs. A realistic budget is then determined, and the combination of budget and client program establishes the best design solution. This foundational planning service ensures a project's vision aligns with practical financial parameters from the outset.
Computer Rendering
Our computer rendering services allow clients to visualize their projects with precision before construction begins. This technical capability supports our design process by communicating diverse styles and developments clearly. It is an essential tool we use to ensure the final architectural vision meets our creative and quality standards.
Interior Design
Our interior design service complements our architectural projects to create a cohesive and complete living environment. We ensure the internal spaces of your new home or multi-family project are as thoughtfully planned as the exterior structure. The result is a harmonious design that enhances the overall quality of our built environment.

We incorporate green architecture principles to enhance our environment and communities. Our efficient design approach naturally integrates sustainable practices and modern construction methods into residential projects. This commitment ensures our homes are not only beautiful and budget-conscious but also responsible and forward-thinking.
