Land Surveying
As BME Associates continues to strive to be leaders in technology and innovative solutions for all of your projects, our survey team has moved into the fast paced and highly efficient realm of utilizing Unmanned Autonomous/Aircraft Systems (UAS), better known as drones, in an effort to complete a more economic deliverable as well as providing extended client value we continue to discover and share every day.

A myriad of challenges faced BME Associates and their client, Riedman Development, as they sought to gain approval for the successful development of The Residences at Canalside, a 48-unit condominium community on a 2.85-acre parcel on the south bank of the Erie Canal in the Village of Fairport.
Yet, succeed they did, and the project garnered a 2019 Silver Level Award from the National Association of Homebuilders.
Representing highly-respected builder and developer Spall Homes, BME Associates found a means to help the Town of Pittsford and the developer achieve conflicting objectives for 295 acres of land on five non-contiguous parcels.

Site development for the project included residential living facilities, a skilled nursing center, dementia care, and The Cottages at the Highlands, a unique detached single-family independent living development.
