Inc. Architecture & Planning was incorporated in 1972 with 2 Civil Engineers and Robert W. Reynolds as General Manager. Since then T.A.E. has successfully completed over 10,000 jobs dealing with Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Design and Development projects as well as Civil Engineering related services. Steve Reynolds became the Responsible Managing Professional in 1981 while Robert continued his role as CEO.
In 1994 Keith Reynolds became the Managing Professional, a Licensed Architect, who has been working in the architectural field since 1976. 1997 brought a new era to T.A.E., Keith became CEO as Robert stepped down and assumed the role of consultant. Steven Reynolds has assumed a support role, still being active in the Civil Engineering aspects of the business.
The majority of T.A.E.'s work for many years was to provide Single Family Residential Design and Working Drawings for the major contractors and developers in our trade area. As both T.A.E. and their clients gained in expertise and the community growth dictated, more Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Family projects were incorporated in the annual sales.
