Business Details
We founded Dickerson Architects in Leesburg in 1978, building nearly five decades of architectural practice. Our founder, John S. Dickerson Sr., practiced for fortyeight years, with forty of those years dedicated to our firm. Judd Dickerson joined the company in 1995, became a partner shortly thereafter, and now serves as Owner and President. Under his leadership, we have earned numerous design awards from the American Institute of Architects, the Architectural Precast Association, and the Associated Builders and Contractors. Our work has been showcased in regional and national periodicals and featured on the HGTV series Beyond the Box. Judd holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Mississippi State University, earned in 1995.
He views architecture as a constantly evolving art form that is firmly grounded by building science principles. We maintain active memberships in the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the Florida Green Building Coalition. Judd is also a licensed Realtor with Morris Realty & Investments, bringing additional market insight to our projects. We lead a team of professional consulting engineers with poise, intellect, and an unwavering focus on detail. Since our inception, we have combined artistic passion, enduring design concepts, and advanced technology to deliver icons of inimitable function and beauty for clients throughout Florida.
