With over 100 years of experience, 19six is built on depth of knowledge and excellence in architecture. Founded in 1906, ours is one of the oldest and most established architectural firms in California. 19six Architecture, formerly known as PMSM Architecture, first entered the architecture industry over a century ago when A.B. Higginson, an architect and designer in his own right, saw major flaws in the design and structure of local buildings and wanted to improve their quality.

SANTA BARBARA, CA - With a shared drive of combining strengths to better serve our clients, 19six Architects is excited to announce that Ehlen Spiess & Haight Structural Engineers (ESHSE) has joined forces with our team.
Prior to this union, our roots have long been intertwined beginning with ESHSE's founder.
Monisha Adnani, Principal Architect with 19six Architects, has successfully completed the Design-Build Institute of America's comprehensive education and certification testing program.
This achievement is the design-build industry's highest designation as a nationally certified Design-Build Professional.
