Architectural renderings help us explain things and give instructions. It is often much easier to understand something from an architectural rendering than from words or plans and elevation. First, is our initial contact, which is usually via this website. Since I have been an architectural illustrator, initially pen and paper and now digital, for 25 years, I have a strong presence on the web.

Most of my projects (other than my many repeat clients) start from someone like you doing a search on the internet for, exterior renderings, or architectural renderings. When you request a quote, you are directed to a form which asks questions that'll help me understand your architectural rendering needs. Once I receive your request, I'll review your needs and follow up with an email or phone call, usually within one business day.

The initial email or phone call is just to give you an idea of what it'll cost, prior to emailing you a formal quote. After reviewing your request, and after our initial email or phone correspondence, I'll prepare a formal quote for you and it'll arrive via email.

Another reason I don't schedule without a deposit is because things just happen.
Even the best intentions don't guarantee a project comes to fruition.
I have had people be persistent for progress images when they have been told that I don't schedule without a deposit and their deposit hasn't arrived.
This can go on for weeks and when their emails stop and I follow up, I'll get comments like, "oh, that project fell through".
This happens more often than you might think.
Revisions
Report
An architectural rendering is a process that goes through many stages, and revision is what makes it move from stage to stage.
I try to make adding comments to your architectural rendering as easy for you as I can, so I have an online review site that I call Review Studio.
By simply picking on-screen with your mouse, stylus, or finger.
There are four revision rounds, two in gray-scale and two in color.
Once your two rounds of revisions in gray-scale are completed and approved, I move to low-resolution color proofs.
Architectural Illustrator
Report
Hey there, thanks for visiting my online 3D photorealistic architectural rendering portfolio.
My name is Bobby Parker, and I am a Professional Minnesota based architectural illustrator who specializes in 3D photorealistic architectural renderings, both interior renderings and exterior renderings.
While growing up in Illinois I always had a childhood interest in drawing and artwork that has stayed with me throughout my career in architecture.
I received my architectural education, working for some of the most talented architects in Chicago.
Freelancer
Report
Working with a freelancer, like myself, is a great solution for clients who don't need an architectural illustrator full time, or don't want to hire a full on agency.
The value of working with a me is that you get a personal service and flexibility you will probably not get in a studio or an agency, and a creative professional solution you will not get with a tech solution.
Price wise, working with me is usually cheaper for you as freelancers don't have much of the overhead that studios and agency have (like a fancy office, staff, and so on).
Faith
Report
The sole basis of my beliefs is the Bible, God's infallible written Word, the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments.
I believe that it was uniquely, verbally and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it was written without error (inerrant) in the original manuscripts.
It is the supreme and final authority in all matters on which it speaks.
Our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and His Personal return in power and glory.
