Preliminary Land Planning
We visit the building site to assess density targets and prepare a sketch plan for streets, lots, open space, parking, and buildings. Concept Design
We produce concept design drawings, including 1/4" scale floor plans and street elevations, for new residential products. This service supports custom homes or builder client additions, delivering clear design intent. Our concept designs enable clients to visualize spaces and make informed decisions early.
Construction Drawings
We generate computergenerated construction drawings for permit submission and construction. The set includes foundation plans, floor plans, elevations, wall bracing diagrams, typical wall sections, notes, and electrical wiring schematics. Additional drawings can be added upon client request to meet specific project requirements.
Stock Plans Construction Drawings
We provide preprepared construction drawings for estimating and actual construction, ensuring accuracy. These plans may be issued asis or customized for marketspecific modifications and code updates. Our stock plans accelerate timelines, reduce costs, and guarantee compliance with local building regulations throughout.
Marketing Graphics
We create blackandwhite or color brochure drawings of plans and elevations for sales and marketing. These computergenerated images are printed on 81/2" x 11" paper for professional presentation. Our marketing graphics enhance buyer interest and accelerate sales cycles dramatically significantly.
