P&D Architectural Precast Inc. has been manufacturing quality architectural precast concrete and cast stone products for over 25 years. Our projects range from small cast stone products such as pier caps, precast window sills, headers, and precast wall coping to large panels, beams, columns, and spandrels for multi-storied office buildings and parking decks.
In 1987, we began making small cast stone trim pieces and had evolved to include large panels up to 40 feet long. P&D makes a quality product, but what sets us apart is our service. Located on a 15-acre site in La Grange, North Carolina, our production facility includes 15,000 square feet under the roof, which allows us to produce quality products in a controlled environment.
Our office building houses our administrative staff, including our operations, estimating, and accounting departments.
We have the production space to accommodate almost any size and configuration of molds.
We utilize pouring decks for larger panels and individual molds for smaller pieces.

P&D Architectural Precast Inc. manufactures custom made architectural precast and cast stone products made to simulate limestone.
In addition to the limestone finish, we also provide sandblasted and exposed aggregate finishes.
Our niche is small trim pieces such as window sills, headers and lintels, banding, cornices, keystones, coping, pier caps, water tables, base panels, and balustrades.
We also manufacture larger wall panels, columns and wraps, spandrel panels, beams, and sign panels.
These products are custom made as per plans and specifications, but we also utilize our extra concrete to make a few standard products such as fire pit rings, parking bumper blocks, and stepping stones.

P&D is proud of all the projects we have produced, but one particular job, Lowes Corporate Headquarters, located in Mooresville, NC, is one that stands out.
This project consisted of two large office buildings and two large parking decks.
This project was scheduled to take two years was produced in nine months.
It was a challenge that we gladly accepted, and it turned out beautifully.
