Business Details
We are a full-service architecture, interior design, and planning firm based in Seattle and Twisp, Washington. Our practice is grounded in the belief that design should enhance the built environment through craftsmanship, sustainability, and human connection. We have been committed to this philosophy since our founding, and our portfolio reflects decades of experience across civic landmarks, community libraries, homes, and urban interventions. Our team is two-thirds women, including our leadership group, reflecting our dedication to diversity and equity within our firm. We are proud participants in the International Living Future Institutes JUST program, which underscores our commitment to social justice and transparency. Our process begins with a deep understanding of each site, using feasibility studies and needs assessments to uncover opportunities and guide thoughtful design.
We partner closely with local authorities and community stakeholders to uphold historic integrity and conserve the natural, cultural, and built environments that define our region. Our expertise in digital fabrication allows us to create custom art installations that elevate the experience of space. We have also developed a collection of predesigned homes rooted in livable simplicity, available for purchase. Every project we undertake, from tenant improvements to master planning, is approached with care for the human experience. We strive to create environments that invite connection, belonging, and a sense of enduring place. Our commitment to bettering the world around us is reflected in every aspect of our work.
