We founded Vantage Architects in 1989 as a regional office for a larger Wisconsin firm and incorporated the company as an employee-owned practice in 2003. Our owners, Jerrel Schomberg, AIA, and Brian Guthrie, CSI, each bring over thirty years of experience to every project. We have successfully delivered residential, educational, religious, municipal, and commercial facilities across Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. Our team partners with established general contractors on numerous designbuild projects to ensure seamless execution. Master Planning
Master Planning creates a long-range blueprint that guides future development and land-use policies. We start by inventorying existing conditions, reviewing setting, development history, and population characteristics. We assess how each parcel can be used, review surrounding streets and parks, and identify what works to deliver a cohesive, functional plan.
