Business Details
Berneche2 Architecture is a husband-and-wife practice founded by Timothy and Lauren Berneche, both graduates of Ball State University with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design. Since 1990, we have specialized in creating tailored design solutions for residential and commercial projects, ensuring each space reflects how you live, work, and play. Our process begins with listening to your ideas and analyzing your needs, allowing us to craft innovative, sustainable designs that align with your values. With Tims NCARB certification and state licenses, we bring deep expertise in architectural design, utility systems, and code compliance to every project. We pride ourselves on collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, delivering spaces that enhance comfort, community integrity, and long-term value.
Our experience spans new constructions, renovations, additions, and unique challenges like lakefront properties. We integrate advanced technologies and design philosophies to provide solutions others might overlook. Trust us to guide you through every step, from concept to completion, with professionalism, integrity, and a personal touch. Whether its a modern beach house, a commercial office, or a religious center, we ensure your vision becomes a reality. Our focus on continuing education keeps us at the forefront of industry trends. Let us help you create spaces that inspire and endure for generations.
