Precision Commercial Architects, originally known as Philip Carnes and Associates, is a small architectural firm located in Cumming, Georgia, founded over 35 years ago by Philip Carnes and has been owned and run by A. Craig Waldron since Philip's passing in 2008.

PCA has logged over 3,300 projects and has been retained by developers, contractors, manufacturers, school boards, churches, and individuals for a variety of services.
In addition to general architectural services we provide consulting services in several capacities including site planning, interior space planning, handicap accessibility modifications for ADA and the Georgia Handicap Law, project bidding, and contract administration.
Our projects have ranged from small, simple buildings to larger and more complicated manufacturing and industrial facilities.

Philip Carnes was actively involved until his passing in October of 2008.
Craig Waldron, Phil's long time friend and colleague has assumed the leadership role and now owns the corporation.
The firm name was changed in 2011 to reflect Craig's ownership and to highlight the attention to detail and accuracy for which we have always been known.
