Ms. Konet is Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I met her when I was overwhelmed on what to do with an inspection that did not go so well. She guided me on all aspects of this project. She had a whole team of professionals that she works with. I recently used her services on another project that has possibly saved me hundreds on thousands of dollars. She really knows her stuff!!! She is one of the most honest and trustworthy person I have ever done business with. Highly recommend her knowledge and skills if you want to be successful in your endeavors.

Reggie has ben a savior from the beginning for our difficult project. She has been extremely thorough and timely through the creation, planning and building processes. She has provided expert presentation to City Council and the appeals process. A crucial part of her job has been to stay in communication and collaboration with the various consultants and City staff who are part of this project. We are especially appreciative of her fair straight forward cost information which has been invaluable in our budget preparation

Reggie Konet is a true pro and great to work with. She's done a great job helping navigate the City of Sacramento's building department and school district guidelines for ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) permitting with our place in McKinley Park. She's also very reasonable on her professional fees and doesn't nickel-and-dime her clients. I would use Konet Architecture again for sure. We love Reggie!
