Founded in 2002, our company has evolved from a specialty stucco and plaster manufacturer to North America's leading producer of decorative architectural products. We pioneered the use of high-density polyurethane foam (HDF) for faux wood beams, trusses, and moulding, combining innovative manufacturing techniques with traditional craftsmanship. Our acquisition of a premier Arizona millwork company in 2011 expanded our capabilities to include natural hardwood moulding and trim products, establishing us as a comprehensive resource for trade professionals and discerning homeowners. With a dedicated chemist on staff and proprietary molding techniques, we maintain strict quality control over our HDF products, which replicate natural wood with remarkable accuracy. Our 40,000 sq. ft. Phoenix facility houses state-of-the-art equipment for producing custom radius moulding and hand-built natural wood beams, serving clients across North America.
