Brevard Architecture has a long history of municipal and commercial architecture. Our extensive construction experience and association with quality contractors have resulted in a history of accurate construction estimates. Once construction begins, we keep change orders to a minimum. We try to limit change orders to unforeseen site developments and to discretionary changes made by the owner.
We know just the right amount of information to put into a set of plans to control the final product without giving craftsman more information than they can understand. We take much pride in being responsive to our clients; phone calls get returned promptly, questions get answered quickly. Animal Shelter Blog
Report
Brevard Architecture recently completed the Mount Pleasant Animal Care and Adoption Center in Mt.
Pleasant, TX.
It has some design elements that might apply to your new shelter.
The front elevation shows that just a few additions to an otherwise plain gable end allows the facade to be interesting and inviting.
A lot of shelters are located on land already owned by the City; public works properties away from business and retail.
This eliminates land acquisition costs from the equation, but shelters work best if they are easily accessible and visible to the public.
