Services
Insulating Glass
Our insulating glass units combine thermal efficiency with structural integrity for commercial applications. Double and triple-pane configurations with low-emissivity coatings help buildings meet energy code requirements while maintaining optical clarity. This product line reduces heating and cooling costs through advanced gas fills and warm-edge spacers that minimize thermal transfer.
Tempered Glass
We produce ANSI-certified tempered glass with four to five times greater strength than standard annealed glass. This safety glass breaks into small, blunt pieces when shattered, making it ideal for doors, windows, and other applications requiring impact resistance. Our oversized tempering furnace handles dimensions up to 130" x 204".
Laminated Glass
Our laminated glass construction features two or more glass layers bonded with polyvinyl butyral interlayers. This safety glazing remains intact when broken, providing security against forced entry and protection from flying debris during severe weather events. Available with acoustic and solar control properties.
Oversized Glass
We fabricate extra-large glass panels up to 130" x 204" for curtain wall and structural applications. Our specialized handling equipment and tempering capabilities accommodate these dimensions while maintaining optical quality and structural performance. This product supports modern architectural designs requiring expansive glass surfaces.
Aluminum Framing
As a certified Tubelite distributor, we provide complete aluminum framing systems for storefronts and curtain walls. Our fabrication includes precision-cut extrusions, thermal breaks, and finish options that meet architectural specifications.
