We are a Seattle-based design firm specializing in custom homes, multi-family developments, and apartment buildings. Founded by Julian Weber, AIA, our team brings together diverse backgrounds united by a desire to create meaningful design through collaborative processes. We operate from our own net-positive energy office building on King Street, which achieved Zero Energy Building Certification from the International Living Future Institute. This building, the second in Seattle to earn this certification, demonstrates our commitment to energy efficiency and rigorous performance standards. Our team includes licensed architects and LEED-accredited professionals who balance rigorous process with care and optimism in every project.
