Services
Architecture
KWJ Architects provides comprehensive architectural services, blending design innovation with technical expertise. Our process begins with client collaboration to conceptualize projects using BIM modeling and visualization tools. With over 30 years of combined experience, we deliver functional, aesthetically cohesive structures for commercial, educational, and cultural sectors.
Interior Design
Through sister company Kreher Barna Design Studio, we offer interior design services that align with architectural vision. Catherine Kreher and Jan Barna specialize in cost-effective, high-quality solutions, focusing on project delivery and aesthetic cohesion. Their expertise spans renovations and new builds, ensuring spaces meet both practical and design goals.
Master Planning
Our firm has led master planning for institutions like the University of Tampa since 1995. We create adaptable, long-term strategies for campus development, as seen in projects for Queens College and Eckerd College. This service integrates phased growth, infrastructure needs, and aesthetic continuity to support institutional missions.
Conceptual Design
We develop conceptual designs to explore site potential and generate stakeholder buy-in. These plans use visualization to communicate ideas, build community support, and attract investors. Our approach ensures early alignment between client goals and design direction, streamlining project approval processes.
Visualization
Visualization is integral to our design process. We create immersive imagery alongside architectural plans, allowing clients to experience spaces before construction. This tool aids decision-making, refines design details, and ensures the final outcome aligns with client expectations for both aesthetics and functionality.
